A day at Red Roses

Learning through play, the British way

Red Roses British Nursery has been caring for young children in Al Wasit, Sharjah since 2019. We follow the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), the framework used in nurseries across England, where children under five learn by exploring, building, listening to stories and playing together.

Our daily routine combines free play with short, gentle group activities that promote learning and social interaction. Children are encouraged to explore the outdoor play area with seesaws, a playhouse and ride-on toys. They can also enjoy our cosy reading corner, featuring English and Arabic books.

Our teachers carefully observe each child’s interests and emerging skills. Using these observations, they plan engaging, child-centred activities for the following week.
